Job summary

DERMSURGERY ASSOCIATES PA in Texas is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support our busy dermatology clinic and call center. This full-time role covers front desk check-in/check-out and rotations in the call center, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends.

You will greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule appointments, answer calls, maintain accurate EMR data, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior medical office experience preferred.
• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Dermatology experience a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with high patient volume.
• Proficient with computers and EMR.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and complete check-in procedures
• Collect co-pays/deductibles
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate referrals
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Assist patients with scheduling and general inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR system
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
