Responsabilidades

• Greet and direct patients and visitors according to office protocols.
• Register demographics and billing information; determine eligibility for services.
• Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules; post charges and payments.
• Use EMR and billing systems to document encounters and maintain patient records.
• Collect co-pays and deductibles; balance cash drawer daily.
