Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies. This field-based role partners with dermatologists and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts.

Success requires deep disease-state knowledge, strong specialty selling, and comfort with in-person and digital engagements. Training occurs in a structured program with field support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a health or science field.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales/marketing.
• Experience engaging dermatology practitioners and navigating reimbursements.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and sales.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists and office staff.
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials.
• Navigate formulary access and patient support resources.
• Leverage data to prioritize accounts and plan calls.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account teams.
• Support product launches and provide field insights for brand strategy.
