Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) in dermatology to support patient access and reimbursement for Dupixent MyWay. This remote US role partners with Sales, Market Access, and other teams to build territory plans and execute national strategies that improve access and patient pull-through.

The FRM will handle prior authorizations, appeals, and financial assistance programs while maintaining HIPAA compliance and strong payer knowledge. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare.
• Dermatology or respiratory and/or Market Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field subject matter expert on patient support, access, reimbursement, and prior authorization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, and trade teams to deliver patient access.
• Develop territory strategy and execute national priorities for Dupixent MyWay.
• Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Help reduce cycle time and increase patient pull-through for Dupixent.
