Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director for Dermatology to lead medical and scientific support for our programs. You will engage with healthcare professionals, identify investigators for studies, and present data regionally and nationally while ensuring compliant scientific exchange.

You will train internal teams and support advisory boards, representing Organon at meetings. Travel up to 50% is expected; US and PR residents only.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, organizations, and payers in dermatology.
• Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in dermatology.
• Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on scientific communication plans and research collaborations.
• Provide scientific training to commercial and internal colleagues.
