Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs. This field-based role involves strategic scientific exchange with healthcare professionals, investigators, and payers, along with developing relationships and identifying study sites.

You will travel up to 50% regionally and nationally, present data, train internal colleagues, and represent Organon at medical meetings.

Qualifications

• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent education required.
• Approximately 5 years of clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Ability to identify opportunities for medical engagement and to drive scientific objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders in dermatology.
• Present data and engage in scientific dialogue in line with company policies.
• Support speaker training and advisory boards as requested.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to ~50% when appropriate.
• Contribute to scientific training for internal teams on products and indications.
