Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a District Manager to lead in-field sales across Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. You will drive top- and bottom-line results by optimizing market dynamics and team performance, while representing AbbVie’s values and clinical knowledge.

You will coach both direct and indirect reports, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with internal partners on business planning. A strong leadership track record and HCIR readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum four years pharmaceutical sales management experience.
• Ability to pass HCIR credentialing and background checks.
• Strong leadership, judgment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-field activity to achieve results and targets across WA/OR/AK.
• Drive top- and bottom-line results through market and team dynamics.
• Lead teams by developing product/disease knowledge and understanding market dynamics.
• Coach and develop direct and indirect reports to improve performance.
• Provide direction to internal partners in business planning and demonstrate AbbVie Ways of Working.
