Job summary

You will coach teams, present market dynamics, and ensure compliance with HCIR credentials. A four-year pharmaceutical sales management background and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Business analysis and planning skills that drive sales performance.
• Minimum four years pharmaceutical sales management experience.
• Ability to articulate the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas.
• Ability to deliver candid, effective feedback and develop talent for promotional opportunities.
• Compliance with HCIR credentialing requirements for assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-field activity to achieve sales targets and maximize market dynamics.
• Build and communicate the District Sales Plan and monitor progress.
• Present market and disease state information to teams and lead in-field meetings.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and accountability.
• Provide direction to internal partners in business planning and AbbVie processes.
