Job summary

AbbVie in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Scientist I to join the Dermatology Discovery team. The role centers on identifying and validating novel therapeutics for inflammatory skin diseases using human disease transcriptomic and multi-omics data alongside wet-bench work.

The candidate will perform in vitro models, contribute to mechanistic studies, and help translate findings toward HS and PsO in a fast-paced preclinical setting.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in molecular biology, immunology or related life sciences with 5 years of experience.
• MS with 2 years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sterile cell culture (cell lines and primary human and murine cells)
• Process and analyze ex-vivo human tissues for disease-relevant endpoints
