You will integrate experimental immunology with quantitative data analysis to identify novel targets for autoimmune diseases, using human samples and advanced in vitro models such as organoids. The role combines wet-lab work with computational analysis, requiring design of complex experiments, generation of high-dimensional data, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to drive discovery

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS in Immunology, Molecular/Cell biology, with extensive relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with primary human samples and complex in vitro models.
• Experience with high-throughput methods and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute immunology-focused experiments using human cells and disease-relevant models.
• Develop assays and analyze high-dimensional datasets from flow, cytokine profiling, and sequencing-based profiling.
• Collaborate with computational biologists and translational scientists to prioritize targets.
