Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 6+ years relevant experience.
• Active RN or LPN license in PA is required.
• Experience coordinating regulatory documents and approvals (IRB/HRPP/NIH) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating procedures and workflows to keep projects on schedule; monitor progress and deliverables; generate reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and communications among participants, research teams, sponsors, and external entities.
• Develop recruitment and data collection plans, and create documentation for projects including data collection forms and trial submissions.
• Author and submit regulatory compliance documents; maintain communications with IRB/ORA/NIH and other agencies; oversee new clinical trial reviews and approvals.
• Identify and resolve project issues; manage budgets and resources; track certifications and training.
