Job summary

The role ensures compliance with IRB, NIH and HRPP requirements while coordinating between research teams, sponsors, and external entities.

The position is 75% FTE (30 hours/week) and requires a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent) and PA licenses for LPN/RN as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree + 6+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Active LPN or RN license in PA may be required as part of the clinical coordination duties.
• Experience coordinating clinical trials and regulatory submissions (IRB, NIH, HRPP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating procedures and workflows to keep projects on schedule and generate stakeholder reports.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and communications between teams, sponsors, and external organizations; prepare meeting agendas.
• Develop recruitment and data collection plans including methods, goals, and evaluation procedures.
• Prepare and maintain protocol documentation, regulatory submissions, and study manuals.
• Assist with budget tracking and financial transactions to support project needs; monitor resources.
• Track trainings, certifications, and compliance records for project staff.
• May supervise staff, including hiring and performance management.
