Job summary

UCB Inc. is seeking a Dermatology Clinical Account Specialist to join our Field Based team in West Texas. You will own territory sales goals, engage dermatology healthcare professionals, and partner with the Immunology team to expand patient access to therapies.

The role requires 3+ years of healthcare sales to HCPs, a BA/BS, and a valid driver's license. This hybrid position includes in-office and field work, with a base salary in the $132k–$174k range and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree BA/BS required.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct selling to healthcare professionals.
• Valid Driver License with ≤2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must reside within assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Attain territory sales goals through effective planning and visiting HCPs.
• Analyze territory data to tailor call plans and build relationships with HCPs and staff.
• Maintain understanding of competitive marketplace and prescriber drivers.
• Conduct account profiling, call planning, and review sales data with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support promotional educational opportunities in line with policy.
