Job summary

UCB in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Clinical Account Specialist to drive dermatology product demand, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and support patient access in a dynamic, team-based environment.

You will lead territory planning, analyze data, and collaborate with the Immunology Clinical Specialist to meet sales goals while delivering compliant, high-quality patient experiences in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree BA/BS is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Valid Driver License with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must reside within assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Own responsibility for attaining territory sales goals through effective planning.
• Visit clinical decision makers with appropriate reach and frequency.
• Analyze territory data to build and adapt a customer call plan.
• Maintain understanding of competitive marketplace and prescriber drivers.
• Coordinate and support promotional educational opportunities and programs in line with policy.
