Job summary

Sanford Health Bemidji Clinic Supervisor oversees administrative functions in conjunction with Clinic leadership. The role requires initiative, independent judgment, and strong problem‑solving to maintain smooth daily operations.

It involves understanding budgeting and data analysis, and guiding department staff to meet clinic goals. The supervisor supports staffing, compliance, and confidentiality, and may coordinate provider schedules while assisting Onsite Services duties such as mobile unit

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of one year of related experience in occupational medicine, health care management, or professional nursing.
Knowledge in the use of general and specialized office equipment.

Responsibilities

Oversees and directs administrative functions in conjunction with the Clinic leadership.
Take initiative, exercise independent judgment, decision‑making and problem solving.
Monitor and resolve work queue issues; understand budgeting and data analysis.
Provide leadership to department/clinic employees and coordinate provider schedule.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies; support Onsite Services duties.
