Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to lead high-performing teams and drive operational excellence in clinic operations. The role oversees Patient Access functions including admissions, registrations, scheduling, and ADT, while improving workflows and financial processes to support underinsured and insured patients.

• Assist in implementing changes and processes to facilitate efficient, quality Patient Access services and meet department goals.
• Oversee day-to-day Patient Access operations which may include admissions, discharges, transfers (ADT), registration, scheduling, department appointments reporting, and EMR issues.
• Develop workflows for accurate patient data and support financial processes to improve patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with department management on procedural changes related to workflows, ADT modules, and reimbursements for private, state, and federal payers to ensure financial return.
• Collect, compile, and validate data; interpret data and create timely reports to aid departmental training.
• Distribute work to achieve goals, maintain accuracy and productivity, and meet deadlines within budget and timelines.
• Lead change management and communicate effectively to achieve organizational and departmental goals.
• Orient, train, schedule, evaluate, and provide ongoing continuing education; maintain staffing levels; mentor and empower staff; foster professional growth.
• Model professional leadership; demonstrate problem solving, decision making, and high-quality execution in complex situations.
