Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Active multistate RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Typing and basic word processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow, triage and direct patient care.
• Coordinate communication among front desk, nursing staff, physicians and clinic manager.
• Develop patient outcomes and goals with providers.
• Provide nursing support to optimize outcomes and education.
• Support patient self-management and care coordination.
• Document assessments and plans in EMR.
