Job summary

Required BSN and 2+ years RN experience, with an active RN license, BLS, and EMR proficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role in Kansas City, KS, focused on improving patient outcomes and quality of life across clinics.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (US).
• BSN or higher with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Experience in ambulatory clinics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow, triage, and direct patient care.
• Liaison among front desk, nursing, physicians, and clinic manager.
• Develop patient outcomes and coordinate resource utilization with providers.
• Provide nursing support to optimize outcomes and educate patients.
• Support patient self-management of disease and care plan adherence.
• Coordinate continuity of care after hospital events and ER visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR per standards.
• Educate patients and families about medications, procedures, and safety.
