Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow, triage, and direct patient care in ambulatory clinic.
• Liaise among front desk, nursing staff, physicians, and clinic manager.
• Coordinate care with providers to set patient goals and outcomes.
• Provide nursing support and education to improve patient quality of life.
• Document assessments and plans in EMR; ensure timely results shared with physician.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with practice standards.
