Job summary

Skin Wellness Physicians seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead day-to-day clinical operations, coordinate staffing and workflow, and uphold clinical standards across multiple locations.

You will supervise medical assistants, nurses and other staff, coordinate onboarding, training, and competency validation, while ensuring HIPAA, OSHA and patient safety; travel between SWP locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical practice or ambulatory clinical setting required.
• Dermatology experience strongly preferred.
• Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare compliance.
• Comfort using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical staffing, assignments, room coverage, and same-day adjustments.
• Provide direct day-to-day supervision to clinical staff.
• Coordinate onboarding and clinical orientation for new team members.
• Reinforce adherence to clinical policies, infection-control, HIPAA/OSHA.
• Support physicians, PAs, NPs and clinical teams with operational needs.
• Monitor exam-room readiness, supplies, and equipment; manage resources.
