Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Four years related experience including supervisory experience.
• Education may substitute for experience per equivalency formula.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth patient flow and clinical operations.
• Coordinate a multi-faceted cosmetic and clinical office.
• Assist patients and providers to resolve issues with scheduling or referrals.
• Mentor, train, and lead day-to-day operations of clinic staff.
• Organize staff meetings and improve clinical operations with leadership.
