Job summary

Forefront Dermatology in Osage Beach, MO is seeking a Clinic Team Leader to partner with physician leadership and drive top-tier clinic operations and patient experiences.

As the Team Lead, you will oversee daily on-site operations, lead a team, manage budgets and staffing, recruit and develop staff, and ensure high levels of patient service while collaborating with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Post-high-school education in a medical support field is required.
• Must hold current certification/licensure and maintain certification/licensure throughout employment.
• Two years of Dermatology/Mohs experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Must demonstrate leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes clinic efficiency and teamwork.
• Manages clinic operations including budget and staffing.
• Assists with employee recruitment, selection, and hiring.
• Assists with managing staff performance.
• Provides regular updates to Regional Clinic Manager.
• Ensures all phone messages, faxes, and interdepartmental mail are addressed immediately.
• Responsible for attaining prior authorizations and maintaining a system to track from start to finish.
• Provides and supervises new employee orientation.
• Provides CLIA training (where applicable).
• Acts as a role model and subject matter expert for policies and procedures set in place by management.
• Responsible for Clinical Assistant and Receptionist duties as needed.
