Job summary

Bupa Wimbledon Clinic is seeking a capable Clinic Supervisor to support the Practice Manager, drive operational performance across dermatology services and safeguard outstanding customer service.

The role focuses on people management, process improvements, and improving patient experience for both adults and children, with a strong emphasis on governance, quality, and financial efficiency. You will lead scheduling, resource planning, and data interpretation to support service growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in health/care or wellbeing industry is beneficial.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Proven track record in delivering customer service excellence.
• Ability to interpret data and translate into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiencies through effective resource scheduling.
• Support collection and interpretation of management information.
• Analyze failure demand and customer satisfaction feedback to root causes.
• Support Service Delivery with new business and service lines developments.
• Ensure incidents, concerns, complaints and risks are managed per SLAs.
