Qualifications

• Preferred: 2-3 years of medical receptionist experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
• Check-In and Check-Out patients and verify demographic/insurance data.
• Operate the switchboard, answer calls, and route messages appropriately.
• Schedule appointments and manage recall lists in the PMS.
• Handle point-of-service collections and daily cash deposits.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality.
