Skin and Cancer Institute in the United States is hiring a Back Office Medical Assistant to support dermatology patient care. You will assist providers, prepare patients for exams, document in the EHR, and help with front-to-back office tasks to ensure a smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates have an accredited Medical Assistant program, CMA/RMA certification preferred, and 1–2 years of clinical office experience. You’ll join a collaborative team committed to patient care and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• CMA/RMA certification preferred.
• 1–2 years of clinical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical support and maintain quality standards.
• Assist providers with patient care and procedures.
• Prepare patients for exams and document in EMR/EHR.
• Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and communications.
• Sterile technique and safety protocol adherence.
