The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, MA program completion, and 1–2 years of clinical experience, with CMA/RMA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong clinical skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Communicates effectively and builds rapport with patients and team members.
• Proficient in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Handles sensitive patient concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepares and administers injections (Kenalog, Lidocaine, Epinephrine).
• Assists in minor surgical procedures and wound care using sterile techniques.
• Adheres to infection control and safety protocols.
• Understands HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality patient care coordination and support for physicians.
• Escorts patients to exam rooms and prepares patients for exams.
• Assists in dermatologic procedures and manages post-procedure care.
• Maintains accurate medical records, logs, and inventory.
• Schedules appointments, handles authorizations, and communicates with insurers.
• Operates and updates Klara, EMA, ModMed, and other software tools.
