Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is a plus.
• Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred.

• Proficient in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prepare and administer injections and assist in minor procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality customer service and adheres to quality control standards.
• Coordinates patient care per physician instructions and policies.
• Escorts patients to exam rooms and explains procedures.
• Prepares patients for exams by taking histories and documenting care.
• Documents patient intake and updates medical records promptly.
• Assists in dermatologic procedures and clinical tasks using sterile techniques.
• Supports routine lab tests and applies topical treatments as directed.
• Captures clinical photos and maintains pathology logs as required.
• Verifies logistics with providers and schedules follow-ups and tests.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and handles administrative duties.
