Job summary

Sanofi in Illinois seeks an Area Business Manager for Dermatology to engage dermatology and immunology customers in a remote/field territory across the U.S., launching and growing products for Atopic Dermatitis and related indications.

You will collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, field colleagues, and payers to develop strategies, ensure compliant messaging, and drive revenue with integrity in all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to travel to meetings/trainings as necessary.
• Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity within compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage Dermatology/Immunology customers within the territory and deliver Clinically focused messages to drive brand revenue and meet product goals.
• Collaborate with field-based stakeholders and Medical Science Liaisons to address customer needs, market dynamics, and strategy.
• Develop strong relationships with dermatology experts, coordinators, staff and groups as directed.
• Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to grow territory business.
• Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Maximize budget allocated to the territory to support strategy execution.
• Participate in industry congresses, meetings, and medical conferences to support sales.
• Own opportunities within the geographic area including large group practices to drive results.
• Establish relationships with thought leaders to drive customer value.
