Job summary

SSM Health Dermatology is seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative II to join our team. You will schedule appointments across all locations, manage patient registration data, and relay messages to clinical staff to keep care flowing smoothly.

The role requires 2-5 years of medical office experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma (associate degree preferred). You will support check-in, insurance updates, and coordination with Medical Assistants to assist patients.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of medical office experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for all Dermatology locations.
• Send clinical messages via Epic.
• Support patient check-in/out as needed.
• Update patient registration and insurance information.
• Clarify appointment details with patients.
• Assist patients with registration-related questions or processes.
• Coordinate with Medical Assistants for accessibility needs.
• Drive to satellite clinics as assigned.
