Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive dermatology training program designed for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Trainees complete didactic coursework and daily clinical rotations in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with milestone assessments and hands-on practice to build confidence as dermatology providers.

Post-training, a guaranteed job placement at a predetermined clinic is available, with placement locations currently including Roswell, NM.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to an assigned clinic post-training.
• Commit to a 5-year employment contract after program completion.
• 1 letter of recommendation and scanned transcripts are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dermatology care within the Learn Derm program.
• Complete didactic and clinical rotations with milestone assessments.
• Transition to a guaranteed job placement at a clinic after successful training.
