KingRecruitingServices is seeking a dermatologist to spearhead the creation of a brand-new Dermatology & Mohs Surgery service line in Mattoon, Illinois. You will lead clinical design, workflow, and the rollout of comprehensive dermatology care with strong organizational backing.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational setup, clinical workflow design, and rollout of brand-new Dermatology and Mohs Surgery service line
• Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management for skin cancers and dermatologic conditions
• Perform Mohs surgeries and histopathology interpretations upon facility readiness
• Establish clinical protocols and procure equipment for the new service line
• Develop referral networks with regional physicians and APPs
• Maintain high-quality, patient-centered care and safety standards
