Robinhood is seeking experienced CX professionals to join the Advanced Services team focused on derivatives like futures, options on futures, forex, and margin topics. Based in our Chicago, IL offices, in-person attendance is required during a 9-week onboarding period and at least 3 days a week thereafter.

Qualifications

• Experience handling derivative products (futures, options on futures, forex) in a CX capacity.
