Job summary

First Resources Corp. is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to support TMP operations, overseeing GSA fleet administration, dispatch, maintenance coordination, and related DoD compliance.

You will supervise Transportation Specialists and Maintenance Inspectors, coordinate vendor repairs, manage government credit card controls, and ensure accurate reporting and documentation for fleet activities.

Qualifications

• Requires favorable DoD background investigation and CAC eligibility.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and repairs for government fleets.
• Ability to supervise transportation staff and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance.
• Work with local vendors to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery to and from repair facilities.
• Conduct Joint Technical Inspections with Body Repair Shops before turn-in and after repairs.
• Supervise the Transportation Specialist in daily schedules.
• Supervise the Maintenance Inspectors in daily schedules.
• Serve as Deputy TMP manager in the absence of the TMP manager.
• Assist in control of Government Fleet Credit Cards.
• Issue, account for, and monitor usage of credit cards.
• Provide documents and submit to Government for lost/damaged/stolen cards.
• Ensure accidents are reported to Military Police and report to KO per AR rules.
• Be responsible for all government license plates and replacements.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and GSA for maintenance priorities.
• Assist TMP Manager and LRC with reports and billings for transportation services.
• Oversee filing of maintenance and mileage forms; monitor funding discrepancies.
