Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the Strood area to support the Store Manager, own the shop floor, and lead the store in the manager’s absence.

You will coach and motivate your team, drive sales and standards, and be flexible to travel across stores within the area to ensure high performance.

Initially this will be a designate role to cover our Strood Area and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential for this role.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and step up to lead the store in their absence. As a leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.
