Job summary

The Ohio Turnpike & Infrastructure Commission invites qualified leaders to join as Deputy Division Service Plaza Manager. You will oversee operations across multiple Service Plazas, coordinate staff, contracts, budgets, and safety programs while ensuring high-level customer service.

This role requires strong supervisory skills, contract and vendor management, and the ability to adapt to varying shifts and travel across the division.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, supervising, and developing Service Plaza teams.
• Experience managing contracts, compliance, and performance.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting and scheduling for large facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Division Service Plaza Managers in operations and staff management.
• Inspect facilities, identify needs, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain communications with managers, contractors, and vendors.
