Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Deputy Project Manager to support the PM in leading day-to-day execution of a prospective DOE SPRPMO task order. The DPM will coordinate across functional areas, manage staffing and deliverables, and may serve in a dual leadership role as workload demands require.

The role requires on-site work in New Orleans and the ability to coordinate with DOE counterparts, with a focus on quality control, transition, and readiness for proposal submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex Federal or regulated programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage deliverables.
• Ability to serve as deputy to a senior PM and exercise judgment within delegated authority.

Responsibilities

• Act as the PM's principal deputy and assume delegated PM responsibilities.
• Coordinate execution across financial, business, technical, and admin management.
• Track workload, staffing, milestones, risks, and corrective actions; elevate issues with recommended solutions.
• Support transition, onboarding, and continuity of operations.
