Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead a prospective DOE SPRPMO Management and Technical Support Services task order.

The PM will be the contractor’s senior point of accountability for integrated financial, business, technical, administrative, and special-project support; will direct staffing and subcontractor performance; and will establish an operating model that delivers reliable mission support with minimal Government intervention.

Competenze

• Active DOE Q security clearance at time of proposal and ability to maintain clearance.
• Senior program/project-management experience leading complex federal or regulated programs.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors.
• Experience delivering metrics against contractual deliverables and customer expectations.
• Strong communication to brief senior government and contractor leadership.

Mansioni

• Serve as senior contractor management interface with DOE SPRPMO leadership, Contracting Officer, and COR.
• Direct staffing, workload allocation, performance management, and subcontractor integration.
• Establish authority lines, escalation paths, and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage performance across technical, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and admin areas.
• Ensure timely, compliant deliverables with minimal rework.
• Lead transition activities, onboarding, clearance readiness, and 30/60/90-day priorities.
• Drive process improvement, labor efficiency, cost control, and waste reduction.
• Coordinate with DOE, SPR site organizations, and subcontractors while maintaining boundaries.
• Oversee compliance with DOE security, cyber, safety, quality, travel, and site-access requirements.
• Lead responses to surge requirements and special projects within contract scope.
