Job summary

Diné Development Corporation seeks a PMO Technical Program Manager to support integrated program planning, governance, reporting, and execution control across multiple workstreams. The role emphasizes delivering clear ownership, documented decisions, actionable due dates, and evidence-based progress to program leadership and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be technically fluent to understand modernization activities and dependencies, while not responsible for architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT program or project management, with at least 3 years managing Federal Government contracts.
• Demonstrated technical fluency sufficient to engage with architects, engineers, and modernization SMEs; identify dependencies and risks; translate technical issues into program impacts.
• Experience managing integrated plans across multiple technical workstreams, projects, or task orders.
• Capability in schedule integration, deliverable control, dependency management, and phase or gate readiness.
• Experience maintaining risk, issue, action, and decision records to support delivery decisions.
• Strong written communication skills for Government/customer status reports and escalation notices.
• Experience reconciling schedule, deliverable, cost, and status information from multiple sources.
• Ability to translate technical constraints into program-management impacts without overstating conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated view of program schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and cost status across activities.
• Maintain the program deliverable register and coordinate preparation, revision, submission, and status reporting of deliverables.
• Prepare and coordinate weekly status reports, monthly program reporting, leadership briefings, and customer communications.
• Translate ambiguous status into owner, action, date, dependency, and evidence.
• Maintain program-level risk, issue, action, and decision records and escalate material concerns.
• Coordinate phase-gate readiness across task orders and workstreams with required artifacts and decisions.
• Establish and maintain disciplined program-management records using approved systems.
• Support task-order PMs and technical leads in planning, reporting, risk management, and deliverable-control.
