Guidehouse is seeking a Deputy Project Manager to support the Business Process Improvement Program in the Washington, DC area. You will coordinate Agile workstreams, manage schedules, risks, stakeholder engagement, and help ensure timely delivery across multiple initiatives.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years IT and 5+ years PM experience, familiarity with Jira, MS Project or Smartsheet, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance; on-site work in DC and Tyson's Corner,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience supporting business process improvement or modernization projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day management of the Business Process Improvement Program.
• Coordinate Agile workstreams, deliverables, and sprint ceremonies.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, staffing plans, and action trackers.
• Monitor performance, risks, dependencies, and issues; prepare status reports.
