Job summary

GAS Energy Staffing LLC seeks a Project Engineering Lead for a major pharmaceutical facility in Philadelphia, PA. You will provide technical leadership, governance, and interface across engineering disciplines, ensuring design integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.

The role requires 15+ years of capital-project experience, GMP knowledge, and a proven track record leading large multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering experience with leadership of large capital projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary interfaces in regulated GMP environments.
• Strong governance, design management, and project delivery knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to a 20+ person multidisciplinary PMC team.
• Coordinate engineering interfaces across disciplines and stakeholders.
• Lead engineering governance, risk assessments, and MOC processes.
• Ensure designs meet GMP, regulatory, and project specs.
• Drive value engineering and design optimization throughout project lifecycle.
