Job summary

GAS Energy Staffing LLC seeks a Permit & Communications Lead to guide permitting, regulatory engagement, and stakeholder communications for a multi-billion-dollar GMP manufacturing program in the Greater Richmond, VA area.

You will oversee regulatory approvals, permit compliance, stakeholder engagement, contractor performance, and external communications while advising leadership on regulatory risks and readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in permitting, regulatory affairs, environmental compliance, communications, or project management on major capital projects.
• Experience with GMP-regulated facilities and regulatory inspections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead permitting, regulatory engagement, stakeholder management, and communications strategies for all project phases.
• Interface with regulatory agencies, local authorities, utilities, and community organizations.
• Oversee permits, licenses, and environmental authorizations for project execution.
