KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a Deputy Project Management Lead to support the Project Management Lead in coordinating day-to-day program execution across engineering, procurement, construction, CQV, and permitting teams. The role acts as the primary integrator and governance enforcer, ensuring mission-critical milestones and leadership continuity on large capital projects.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 12+ years of project leadership on large capital projects (> $500M TIC).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Strong governance, communications, and project delivery knowledge.

• Lead all phases of project delivery under PM Lead guidance.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and commercial teams.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and performance metrics for on-time delivery.
