KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an experienced Deputy Project Management Lead to support the Project Management Lead in day-to-day program execution and to serve as the primary integrator across PMC workstreams, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, CQV, and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in related projects with leadership of large capital projects.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• PE license or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and commercial teams.
• Monitor schedules, critical path, milestones; implement corrective actions.
• Manage interfaces with clients, contractors, regulators for effective communication.
• Lead project risk management and mitigation throughout the lifecycle.
• Support contract administration and cost control; budget monitoring.
