Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Deputy Project Management Lead to support the Project Management Lead across all PMC workstreams. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, CQV, and regulatory teams to ensure delivery within scope, schedule and budget while upholding quality and safety standards.

In this role you will drive governance, manage risks and interfaces with clients and vendors, and act on behalf of the PM Lead as required, enabling successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering Management or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of project/program management experience including leadership of large capital projects >$500,000 TIC.
• Minimum 10 years of project/program experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccine, sterile manufacturing, API, or advanced therapy facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in leading all phases of project delivery to meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and commercial personnel.
• Monitor schedules, critical path, milestones, and performance metrics; implement corrective actions.
• Manage interfaces with clients, contractors, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Lead risk management activities including identification, assessment, mitigation and tracking.
• Support contract administration, change management, variances, claims assessment, cost control and budget monitoring.
