KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an experienced Deputy Project Management Lead to support the Project Management Lead in managing day-to-day program execution across engineering, procurement, construction, CQV, and permitting teams.

The role requires coordinating governance, risk management, and commercial activities to deliver on scope, schedule, cost and safety objectives, with leadership continuity when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 15 years of project/program management experience, including leadership of large capital projects over $500M TIC.
• 10 years of project/program experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccine, sterile manufacturing, API, or advanced therapy facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery with scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety goals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, CQV, and commercial personnel.
• Monitor schedules, critical path, milestones, and risks; implement corrective actions.
• Manage interfaces with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulators.
• Ensure GMP, validation, licensure readiness and regulatory compliance in planning.
