Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager with Top Secret clearance to support the TMPC program in California, MD. You will assist the Program Manager in directing day-to-day operations, staffing, and technical leadership, ensuring staffing plans meet evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of program management experience.
• 5+ years supervisory/leadership in a technical systems engineering environment.
• 2+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Active and current Top Secret with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse workforce at multiple locations.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to gain internal support and consensus; operate independently with solid judgment.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the evolving TMPC program alongside the Program Manager.
• Manage staffing plan (weekly/monthly) and coordinate updates in response to customer priorities.
• Support monthly reporting (Fusion updates for MR and IPR).
• Provide technical leadership for program efforts as directed by customer priorities.
• Support ad-hoc projects and proposal efforts as necessary.
• Direct subordinate managers and teams; foster a professional, performance-oriented organization.
