Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' of experience in a relevant field.
• Masters Degree in related field or 12 years experience.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deputy Program Manager of the Contractor staff.
• Acts as Program Manager, in Program Manager's absence.
• Responsible for ensuring contractor staff adhere to all standards of conduct and internal controls.
• Manage all contractual operations to meet or exceed contractual requirements.
• Track costs, schedule and performance for all tasks and resource reporting.
• Conduct continuous service delivery improvement activities towards more efficient capabilities and performance.
• Resolve problems with minimal disruption to the activities being performed under the contract.
