World Wide Technology, Inc. in Chandler, AZ seeks a Deputy Program Manager for a full-time Government Services program. Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required, with PMP certification preferred, and 8+ years in delivery leadership.

The role is on-site and focuses on large-scale government projects with cross-functional teams. You will coordinate staffing, budgeting, and program governance, partnering with sales for pre-sales estimates and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years in consulting, service delivery or program management; 3+ years in complex delivery leadership.
• PMP certification required (DAWIA Level III fits).

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple service delivery models with continuous improvement.
• Drive decision-making and staff portfolios appropriately.
• Staff and resource the portfolio with leadership input.
• Build high-performance teams and a successful program.
• Track metrics and report performance to stakeholders.
• Support program status presentations to leadership and customers.
• Coordinate cross-organizational teams for large-scale programs.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, and financial guidance.
• Ensure onboarding/offboarding of resources.
• Lead customer contact and review sessions on cost/schedule/performance.
• Work with sales for presales estimates and governance expectations.
• Coordinate new and ongoing projects in large government program.
• Support day-to-day operations and client interactions.
• Minimize risk across projects; anticipate crises and contingency plans.
• Manage and deliver contract deliverables.
