• Manage and ensure program-wide staffing meets needs and adapt to changes.
• Own and execute the staffing plan weekly and monthly.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager on technical direction and staffing changes.
• Support monthly reporting, Fusion updates for MR and IPR.
• Lead and provide technical leadership for program efforts as prioritized by the customer.
• Direct subordinate managers and teams to build a professional, ethical organization.
• Organize metrics gathering and implement a monthly reporting plan.
