Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for a large-scale Government Program in Chandler, AZ. This full-time, direct-hire role requires active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and PMP certification to lead cross-functional teams and manage delivery against government requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Info Systems or related field.
• 8+ years in consulting, service delivery or program management; 3+ years in leadership roles.
• PM/PMO experience and PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of multiple service delivery models focused on continuous improvement.
• Facilitate and drive decision-making processes.
• Staff and resource the portfolio of work appropriately with leadership.
• Build high-performance teams and a successful program with technical leads.
• Track program metrics and analyze delivery performance.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Assemble cross-organizational teams for complex programs.
• Guide budgeting, forecasting, and financials to meet targets.
• Onboard and offboard program resources effectively.
• Serve as primary customer contact and lead program reviews.
• Provide presales support and estimates for delivery and LOE.
• Coordinate new and ongoing projects for the Government Program.
• Support day-to-day operations of large-scale projects.
• Manage client expectations and risk across projects.
• Proactively manage scope changes and contingency plans.
• Deliver and manage contract deliverables.
